We aim to be one of the UK's largest home healthcare providers, transforming healthcare with pharmaceutical and clinical services that put patients and their families first. The goal is to provide our patients with a range of innovative clinical services in the comfort of their own home and offer them, and their careers, an extensive support network.

Company background

MasterMedicine Limited trading as MYDIRECTPHARMACY was established in 2013 by founder and director Hasan Master. The vision was, and remains today, to empower patients with their health, to give them a greater choice both in the comfort of their home or in the community. Our GPHC registered premises no. is 1125509 and our Superintendent Pharmacist Hasan Master Pharmacist, Gphc no. 2070889.

The aim is to become the UK's leading provider of healthcare within the home setting. We are the first to have a Dispensing Hub in the heart of East London, this new and innovative approach will help deliver healthcare at home to millions of people across the UK.

We have set out working with the NHS, pharmaceutical companies, private medical consultants, GPs and charities. Our experienced team operate from our registered pharmacy base in East London to provide national services from a local base.

Our approach is simple, we want to empower our patients with good quality healthcare, in order to continue to deliver high quality service, we rely heavily on the involvement of patients, carers, healthcare professionals and commissioners. We frequently collect patient and customer feedback through surveys and we use this to monitor and continuously improve all aspects of our service delivery.

Keeping in mind with 'the patient comes first' philosophy, we have set about challenging the accepted norms, by adopting new technologies and innovative ways of thinking to develop a service which puts the patient at the forefront of everything we do at mydirectpharmacy.

Each and every member of our team from our clinical pharmacist to our drivers shares our patient focus and is dedicated to delivering the best possible care.

We do not operate in isolation but rather aim to engage with the broader team comprising of families, GP's, community service providers, hospital staff, local charities and others. The patient is at the heart of this team, but we do not see them as a mere passive member; rather they are integral part of the team and take responsibility of their treatment. Aiming to empower our patient with their healthcare to give them confidence and positivity to make their treatment a success.
